HAZITEK is a regional funding programme from the Basque Government managed by Innobasque that supports industrial research and experimental development projects (TRL 4-7) carried out by SMEs, large companies, and company associations in the Basque Country’s strategic specialization areas (PCTI 2030: smart industry, cleaner energies, personalised healthcare, healthy food, eco-innovation, sustainable cities, creative Basque Country).
Requisitos
Beneficiaries: SMEs, large companies and company associations established in the Basque Country. Research centres, universities and public entities can only participate as subcontracted entities. Projects must involve industrial research or experimental development (TRL 4-7) aligned with the Basque Country’s PCTI 2030 strategic specialization areas. Minimum annual eligible budget per Basque company: €50,000. Funding rates: up to 45% for industrial research, up to 30% for experimental development, with a maximum of €250,000 per beneficiary per year. Proposals must be submitted in Spanish or Basque.
