Requisitos
Small newly created company; entrepreneurs/promoters must hold more than 50% of share capital; no ownership ≥25% by other companies; R&D expenses must exceed 15% of total operating expenses (certified by external auditor); company must finance at least 30% of the budget with own funds; business plan covers all activities over 5 years, with R&D expenses as the largest budget item; not subject to EU recovery orders for illegal aid.
